What exactly is included in the $1,200/month?
Everything. Furnished room, all utilities (electric, water, gas, Wi-Fi, trash), nutritious meals, peer support, house meetings, random drug testing, life skills programming, housing navigation services, and case management support. There are no additional fees.
Is there a security deposit?
No. Rooted Co-Living does not require a security deposit. There is no credit check either. You pay your first month or first partial month, and you are in.
Can I pay daily instead of monthly?
Yes. For partial-month stays or flexible payment, we offer a $40/day rate. Monthly payment of $1,200 is due between the 1st and 4th of each month. We accept ACH bank transfers, checks, money orders, and cash.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The monthly rate is all-inclusive. We do not charge application fees, move-in fees, administrative fees, or any other additional costs. What you see is what you pay.
